The PomPompurin x Lazy Oaf Collaboration Is Elevated Fandom Merch for Adults

Why is nobody talking about this PomPompurin Lazy Oaf collaboration? Because I need someone to be as excited about this as I am. Lazy Oaf, the UK-based independent brand that built its reputation on irreverent, well-constructed fashion, linked up with Sanrio's most underrated character(Debatable) and delivered something that actually looks like it was designed by people who are PomPom fans. Twelve pieces. Limited run. A bag that is genuinely the star of the whole thing, in my opinion. Let's get into it.
THE PIECES
Starting with the unisex tee, and yes, the starfish detail is there. It's subtle, it's considered, and it's the kind of graphic that makes sense and pay homage to fans. Then there's the button-up. Multiple Pompompurin embroideries across the front, a clean back, and enough detail that it reads as an actual design statement rather than a screen-printed afterthought.

The co-ord set reads like pajamas, which in Lazy Oaf's world means it reads like fashion. Either way it's cute, and it pairs well with the unisex tee if you want to mix and match rather than commit to the full set. The polka dot top comes with an additional tie that goes around the neck, and they didn't forget the cheeky bum detail. That's a Lazy Oaf signature move, and it lands here.
The polka dot bubble dress has pockets. We love pockets. Non-negotiable. Starfish check. Then there's the mix-check pocket dress, which is the most editorial piece in the whole collection. It feels separated from the rest in the best way, like it could exist outside the collab context entirely and still work.
Ballet flats round out the footwear, soft and character-coded.
THE BAG
The bag is the star of this collection. Shaped like PomPom's head, covered fur, and constructed with enough detail that it competes with accessories that have nothing to do with fandom. If you're only buying one thing from this drop, it's the bag.
